Workshop Technician / Fitter Assembly

This is your role. What part will you play?

  • Rebuilding Siemens Mobility Pumps and Fan parts on Overhaul contracts.
  • Strip down and inspection.
  • Testing vibration and electrical resistance.
  • Team leading a small team of 2 or 3 people.
  • Supporting and mentoring Apprentices.
  • Machining Milling, Turning and Grinding will be advantageous, this can be used to adjust parts needed for the overhaul contracts.
  • Mechanical Engineer, or industry experience.
  • Bench fitting and assembly skills required on rotating equipment, pumps and fans.
  • Experience with conventional machining turning or milling would be advantageous.
