About the Role:

The Delivery Driver - Home Delivery Specialist will play a key role in serving our customers by ensuring their perfect bed is delivered without a hitch. As a member of our delivery service team, you will be responsible for driving one of our 3.5-tonne vans and working alongside an assistant to fulfil our high-quality home delivery service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive one of our 3.5-tonne vans and work alongside an assistant to deliver high-quality home delivery service
  • Act as a professional representation of the Dreams brand at every touchpoint during delivery
  • Be hands-on in this physical role, lifting and assembling bedroom furniture in customers' homes
  • Develop a strong rapport with customers and provide an exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Current valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Previous 3.5T van driving experience
  • Knowledge of home delivery services
  • Positive work ethic and ability to thrive as a part of a team
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Flexibility with working hours, including working on Saturdays
