About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Football Programme Manager to join our team at Young Harrow Foundation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in football coaching, with relevant qualifications such as FA/NGB Level 2 and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2.

This role involves delivering high-quality programmes across Islington and nearby London Boroughs, working with young people aged 6-25.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to players of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement new coaching strategies and techniques
  • Mentor and support junior coaches
  • Contribute to programme development and planning

Requirements:

  • Minimum FA/NGB Level 2 and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2
  • Preferred UEFA B/C and/or FA Advanced Youth
  • Preferred UEFA C and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2 or NGB FA Level 1
