House Mother

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Boarding House Matron to join our team at Ad Warrior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Housemistress in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal times and activities.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the Housemistress and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the boarding house.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a residential care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and term-time only.
