Job Description

As a Caller at Mecca Bingo, you will be responsible for delivering the main bingo product professionally, consistently, and with a focus on fun. You will be a confident communicator, engaging with both your team and customers.

We are looking for fun, adaptable, and caring individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the main bingo product professionally and consistently
  • Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Ensure that the gaming floor is safe and secure

Requirements:
