We are currently seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at HC-One, a leading provider of care services in the UK. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to our colleagues across the UK, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care to our residents.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT training delivery, preferably within a healthcare or care sector environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences with varying IT skills and adapt your approach to meet their needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be expected to create and maintain training materials, coordinate training activities, and liaise with stakeholders to identify and define training requirements.

In addition to a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, and colleague discounts on high street brands.
