We are seeking a skilled Delivery Professional to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve delivery targets
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, using handheld technology to track and manage routes

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and deadlines
• Physical fitness, with ability to walk for long periods and work in varying weather conditions
