About the Position

We are recruiting a Safeguarding Caseworker to join our team, providing vital support to vulnerable children and families across Wiltshire.

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Duties
  • To identify and assess the needs and risks of vulnerable children and young people, developing and implementing plans to address these concerns.
  • To work closely with other agencies and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts towards achieving positive outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to safeguarding and child protection.
Key Requirements

You should have a minimum two years' safeguarding experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Children Act 1989 and the Children Act 2004. A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England are also essential.
