Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality general practice services to our patients, including routine consultations, health checks, and chronic disease management.
- Work collaboratively with our GP Partners and clinical team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative clinical systems and technologies to enhance patient care and reduce workload.
York Medical Group is a large, inner-city Primary Care Network serving a population of 44,500 across 7 sites. We have a diverse range of clinical workforce, including Pharmacists, ANPs, Physiotherapists, Same Day Practitioners, Health Care Assistants, Care Co-ordinators, Link Workers, and Mental Health Workers. We are a training practice with the York Vocational Training Scheme and Hull York Medical School.
