About the Role
Platform Housing Group is seeking a dedicated Learning and Organisational Development (LOD) Advisor to join our growing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and this role will play a vital part in achieving that goal.
As an LOD Advisor, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs. You will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects, support our Colleague Strategy, and help shape our organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and deliver impactful learning experiences in various formats, including face-to-face, blended, and digital.
- Manage learner engagement and behavior to ensure successful achievement of learning objectives.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, to influence and negotiate as needed.
- Collaborate with the LOD team, Business Partners, and Line Managers to develop and implement learning strategies that align with organizational goals.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual with a proven track record in learning and development. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you will have a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to your work.
You will also possess:
- Experience in managing participation, attitudes, and behaviors to reach learning objectives.
- A consultative and hands-on approach to developing and scheduling learning activities.
- The ability to represent LOD as an agent of change and demonstrate resilience to change.
