Large Capital Projects Assurance Expert

Do you have a passion for project management and a desire to make a real difference in the world? As a Capital Project Assurance Lead at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for leading assurance reviews to accurately report the status of projects and their readiness to seek approvals in accordance with the Large Capital Projects Governance Framework.
We offer an excellent salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 34 days annual leave entitlement, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, discounted healthcare, and much more.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Units to coordinate the timely completion of Project Assurance Reviews, ensuring adherence to applicable governance and assurance requirements. You will also review and update the Large Capital Projects Governance Framework and its associated documentation to ensure it aligns with industry best practice and remains relevant to SSE Group requirements.
You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, able to communicate effectively and work efficiently and effectively to achieve tight deadlines while maintaining the required discipline to produce a high-quality output.
