Job Overview

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing daily food operations, supervising teams, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your strong communication and organisational skills will enable you to effectively motivate and train staff, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between the team and manager to exceed customer expectations
  • Motivate the team to maintain high productivity levels
  • Assist the manager with managing inventory, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
  • Manage tills and process payments efficiently
  • Support and train staff, leading by example to ensure everyone can excel in their role
  • Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
