Job Description: As a Nursing Care Worker at Bowbrook, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with dementia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them to maintain their independence and confidence.
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, communicating with colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need experience working within a care environment, preferably in a dementia setting. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
