About the Company: A prestigious international law firm
Role Overview: The firm is seeking 2 Paralegals to join its Investment Funds Group on a rolling 6-month fixed term contract basis. The role will involve trainee-level work assisting with a number of deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, tracking, collating and coordinating KYC documentation.
- Company searches, reviewing search results and preparing corporate formalities documents.
Requirements:
- Previous funds experience and having passed the LPC.
- Substantive legal work experience.
- Flexibility and being proactive and organised.
