Job Description:

The Role

  • Develop, maintain, monitor and report against detailed development plans, programmes, and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure the design of the development is progressively signed off internally at appropriate stages, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the project financial controller to monitor financial planning and identify areas for cost optimisation.
  • Identify and mitigate Town Planning risks in consultation with the planning team and consultants to achieve project success.
  • Evaluate and refine project appraisals to accurately reflect the scheme's scope and requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a senior DM position, preferably in the beverages industry.
  • Proven expertise in planning, feasibility studies, and design management.
  • Experience working in joint venture or collaborative project environments, particularly with local authorities, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to balance competing demands and priorities while maintaining effective communication among the project team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
