Job Description

Manière De Voir is looking for a skilled Stockroom Operations Specialist to support our retail team based at our flagship store on Oxford Street London.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing the efficient flow of goods through our back-of-house operations, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of merchandise, maintaining accurate records throughout the process
  2. Ensure the back-of-house area is maintained in accordance with company standards, including health and safety protocols
  3. Work closely with the Stockroom Leader to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
  4. Provide excellent customer service by supporting front-of-house staff with queries and resolving issues efficiently
  5. Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards, reporting any discrepancies to relevant teams
  6. Assist with special projects, such as visual merchandising, stock takes, and event preparation
  7. Participate in quarterly inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial guidelines
  8. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS THE BUSINESS TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATIONS

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent English)
  • Proven track record of maintaining high operational standards
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
