About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at the USPCA. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and securing new income streams for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to maximise income through social enterprise development and corporate partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and social enterprise developers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure new income streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with our organisational values and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a business development role, with a strong understanding of commercial development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to secure new income streams and drive business growth.
  • Passion for securing new business and achieving impact at a values-driven organisation.
