The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance repairs and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to properties
  • Identifying and reporting any defects or issues

This is a temp-perm position available for an immediate start, with a flexible working arrangement and the option to work overtime. A full UK driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel between properties.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on 40 hours per week).
