Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Hotel Indigo Bath. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and decorating work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure minimum disruption to guests
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of maintenance supplies
- Support property audits and record benchmarking data
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and decorating work
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
