About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Development Coach.

Role Overview:

A Development Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring Apprentices throughout their studies. This includes delivering structured feedback and initiatives to evidence learning and embed training into day-to-day work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promote equality, diversity, and well-being in apprenticeship delivery.
  2. Collaborate with line managers to support learners and provide opportunities for work-based skills development.
