CNC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a CNC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of CNC Mills, Lathes, and EDM Machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to conduct timely and efficient repairs.
- Work independently to conduct preventative maintenance activities and attend breakdowns as needed.
- Liaise with departments and suppliers regarding maintenance issues and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Assist with the installation of new machines and plant equipment and implement the Preventative Maintenance System.
- Previous experience in a hands-on machine maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in fault finding ability in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Qualification in 18th Edition (Electrical) desirable.
- High attention to detail with health and safety practices.
- 25 days annual holiday plus all bank holidays.
