At Portfolio Payroll Limited, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Team Lead to oversee the processing of client-based payrolls on a maternity cover. With a strong background in payroll processing and supervision experience, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, prioritizing, and allocation of all relevant client payroll work within your team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing and a proven track record of developing and building relationships internally for cross-referral opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to become a valued team member across the firm and contribute to the success of our accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, prioritizing, and allocation of all relevant client payroll work within own and client's team.
  • Conduct payroll processing during peak times and delegate client work during periods of normal demand.
  • Review all payroll processing work of the team.
  • Supervise Seniors, Semi-Seniors, and Assistants who are involved in processing of payroll.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
