Senior Ecologist Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team in Glasgow. As a Principal Ecologist, you will have the opportunity to lead projects, manage budgets, and provide expert advice to clients.

The role involves managing projects, attending meetings, providing advice to clients, and managing bid production. You will also be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of ecologists.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience within an ecological or environmental consultancy, with a proven track record of technical delivery and team leadership.

You will have a relevant degree in an environmental discipline, a UK driving license, and full or Associate Member of CIEEM. Commercial and project management skills are essential for this role.

As a Principal Ecologist, you will work hybrid / remote in one of our multiple office locations across Scotland. You will be passionate about nature and committed to collaboration.

On offer is a salary of up to £54,000 depending on experience and level, a 35-hour working week with flexible start and finish times, and investment in your training and success.
