Join Our Team as a Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team on an exciting new project in Buckinghamshire. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of this innovative structure.

Your Work Environment
  • BAM operates a flexible working policy, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the work site to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Our team uses 3D information drawings and specification documents to guide the construction process. You will ensure that these documents contain accurate and sufficient information for the construction of the works.
  • You will confirm all verbal instructions in writing and maintain comprehensive records of resources employed on additional works.
  • Our team strives for excellence in survey book standards and daily diaries, and you will ensure that these are maintained by engineers.
  • You will prepare written risk assessments and method statements for the control of the works.
  • Testing and sampling of materials will be carried out as required by the specification, and you will ensure that this is done correctly.
  • A driving licence and CSCS card are required for this role.
  • You will work full-time on site, and UK reinforced concrete experience is essential.
