About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a reputable nursery in Berkshire. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment for children between 3 months and 5 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Requirements
  • A relevant childcare or teaching qualification (level 2 minimum).
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
