Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, inspiring colleagues to deliver exceptional patient experiences and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
- Select and recommend products that meet individual patient needs, ensuring excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager and Optical Teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in optometry, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and services.
- Contribute to the development of a culture that prioritizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and professional growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist with additional registration with the relevant NHS body. You should possess excellent leadership skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
