About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be able to think on your feet, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience of delivering high-quality care services

As a condition of employment, you will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
