We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Manager to join our team at Anchor. As a leading provider of care and housing for older people, we offer a supportive and rewarding work environment that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

- Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
- Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum

About the JobIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents
- Ensuring the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be able to think on your feet, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in health and social care or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience of delivering high-quality care services
As a condition of employment, you will be required to undergo a DBS check and provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
