We are now recruiting for a skilled Residential Sales Executive to manage the customer journey from enquiry through to exchange and completion on a busy sales and marketing suite near Swindon, Wiltshire.
Compensation Package
The appointed candidate will enjoy a competitive basic salary of £28,000 per annum, coupled with a generous OTE of £55,000. Additional perks include comprehensive healthcare, a rewarding bonus scheme, attractive commission structure, flexible working arrangements, and paid travel expenses.
Responsibilities
- Effectively meet and engage with customers on site, capturing their needs and preferences.
- Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries, facilitating viewings and guiding customers through the sales process.
- Maintain a spotless sales suite, guaranteeing a 5 star customer experience throughout.
Necessary Qualifications
- Significant new homes sales experience within the housebuilding sector.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding customer service skills and sales acumen.
- Exceptional presentation standards.
- Ability to adapt to varied working hours, including weekends.
