Key Responsibilities:
- Optimization: Analyze user behavior and site performance to uncover conversion opportunities and enhance the overall user experience.
- Testing: Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to increase conversions and drive online sales.
- Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies for optimizing key digital touchpoints, including website design, user experience, and marketing campaigns.
- Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to gather and interpret data to inform CRO initiatives and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRO initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRO to maintain a competitive edge and drive business success.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a CRO role within retail or e-commerce.
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with a proven track record in A/B testing and using CRO tools.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other optimization tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about health and wellbeing and committed to promoting Healf's mission.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
