Job Title: CRM Support Engineer

Ciphr is seeking an experienced CRM Support Engineer to join our team. As a CRM Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the use of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider CRM systems and integrations, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the configuration, customisation, and integration of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, plus wider CRM related systems and integrations, to meet the needs of various business units.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and implement new features and system updates.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal functionality of the CRM systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems, and related integrations.
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration, customisation, and integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Experience in user training and documentation creation.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
