Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SEN Department: You will oversee the development and implementation of our SEN policy, ensuring alignment with national guidelines and regulations.">
  • Provide Support: You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to identify students' needs, develop individualized plans, and provide targeted support to ensure their academic success.">
  • Advise and Consult: You will offer guidance and advice to colleagues on SEN-related matters, promoting best practices and effective strategies for supporting students with special needs.">

Requirements:

  • SEN Experience: You must have significant experience working with students with SEN, including knowledge of relevant legislation and policies.">
  • Leadership Skills: You should possess excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and guide staff to deliver high-quality SEN provision.">
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to work effectively with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.">

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Old Swinford Hospital, UK.

Working Hours: Full-time position, 35 hours per week.
