Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Logistics Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general and systems administrative support, including documentation management, procure to pay processes, data entry, scheduling, record-keeping, and minute taking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely administrative support to the Logistics Department.
- Attend business meetings as scheduled and support in the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and suppliers on Logistics related matters.
- Support in gathering documentation requested by auditors.
- Understand and knowledge of Load Booking system.
- Knowledge of Operational Planning within Logistics Department.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a positive Health and Safety attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages: Excel, Outlook, Word.
Benefits:
- Superb hourly pay rate of £15.24.
- 12 month contract.

- Holidays up to 19.5 per annum based on 27.5 hours part time hours.
