We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess project requirements and measurements.
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine materials and labor costs.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for flooring and tiling projects.
  • Monitor project progress and costs to ensure they stay within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate pricing and resolve any cost-related issues.

Requirements:
