We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Specialist Recruit. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of lettings, including property marketing, viewings, and tenancy negotiations.
Key Responsibilities- Property Marketing: Create detailed and informative property descriptions, take high-quality photographs, and ensure accurate viewing feedback and market updates are provided to landlords.
- Viewings and Tenancy Negotiations: Match available properties to suitable applicants, arrange viewings, and negotiate tenancy applications between landlords and tenants.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering and managing all telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with lettings regulations, manage front-end lettings responsibilities, and liaise with administration and property management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience: Proven track record in lettings, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lettings compliance and regulations, as well as knowledge of local property market trends and conditions.
