Job Title: Senior Education Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Education Leader to join our team at Social Care & Education Jobs Ltd. As Assistant Head of School and Deputy Head of SEN, you will play a key role in leading our school's strategic objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the school's strategic objectives and goals
* Ongoing monitoring of the quality improvement plans
* Leading the staff team and monitoring their progress
* Contributing to ongoing training and professional development of the team
* Improve pupil achievement collaboratively
* Leading and evaluating the effectiveness of the school curriculum

Our unique Group strives to achieve outstanding Schools, Colleges & Training Facilities for Children & Young People with Special Education needs and physical disabilities. With a team of dedicated teaching, Support, Therapists & managers, we strive to bring out the best in every pupil and prepare them for adult life.
