About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Huws Gray St Neots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in running a successful branch, focusing on maximising sales opportunities and developing the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Branch Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities from new, lapsed, and existing customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Support the Branch Manager in enabling the team to reach their full potential, providing coaching and development opportunities.
