Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cracking Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the North of Norfolk region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic salary with uncapped OTE on average earning circa £45k - £50k
