About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading company specialising in passive fire protection and firestopping to recruit an experienced Fire Door Installs Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in fire door installation supervision to join a fast-growing, highly reputable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fire door installations on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and support operatives and subcontractors, ensuring timely and high-quality work.
- Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues and ensuring project progress.
- Collaborate with Contracts Managers and other stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all relevant site documentation is up to date and accurate.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of fire door installation experience.
- FIRAS & BM certified.
- Strong experience in construction management with a focus on fire door installation supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of health & safety regulations.
