Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Trainer to join our team at IRIS - Networx Services. As a Financial Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training on our iFinance and iSAMS systems to schools across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customise Training Programmes: Collaborate with the implementation team to design bespoke training programmes tailored to each school's requirements.
- Deliver Training: Conduct training sessions both online and onsite, catering to groups and individuals alike.
- Develop Training Materials: Assist in the creation and refinement of training courses and materials to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Gather Feedback: Gather feedback from training sessions to continuously enhance the quality of content and delivery.
- Customer Support: Work closely with Customer Account Managers to ensure existing schools are maximising their use of the iSAMS MIS and iFinance systems.
- Product Promotion: Introduce and promote new modules and features to schools, helping them get the most out of our software.
Requirements:
- Accounting Experience: Experience using or training on accountancy systems is essential.
- Customer Service Skills: You have a background in customer service, with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Tech Savvy: You possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with new people and build strong relationships.
- Accounting Expertise: Use your accounting expertise to help schools worldwide improve their financial management processes.
- Continuous Learning: Enjoy a varied role that includes training, customer interaction, and continuous learning.
