We are a leading provider of contract expertise in the UK and internationally, with a strong presence in the US and EU. Our agency has a proven track record of delivering high-quality contract talent to our clients, and we are now looking for a skilled recruiter to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top contract talent for our clients, and will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting top contract talent for our clients
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing multiple systems and CRMs to track candidate and client interactions
  • Utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms to build a strong personal brand and network
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract recruitment or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the contract recruitment market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
