Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess progress of departmental initiatives and evaluate outcomes.
  • Develop data collection, evaluation, and performance reporting mechanisms to support the department's priority outcomes.
  • Support policy teams in the thoughtful analysis of data and evidence to develop and test hypotheses relating to policy interventions.
  • Communicate and share monitoring and evaluation findings, knowledge, and expertise with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NIO policy teams and external partners to scope data and evidence requirements.
