About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Adult Night Support Professional to join our team at Middleton Fells, a brand-new residential service providing high-quality care and support to adults with Autism Spectrum conditions and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning, and making breakfast.
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills, promoting confidence and empowerment.
  • Safeguard occupants at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence, as occupants often have days out and trips to local towns and services.
  • A calm and conscientious approach, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
