The Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding family-run business, providing home-to-school transport services across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults.
They are seeking a Senior Contracts & Transport Co-ordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working from a local office/branch.
Key Benefits
Competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
Plan and organise staff availability using an in-house computerised system to maximise utilisation.
Ensure all relevant training is completed and adhered to.
Requirements
Experience in Passenger Transport and Logistics is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Word, with ability to collate accurate data.
Previous experience using computerised systems is preferred, but training will be provided.
Ability to understand the logistics of planning routes geographically within the county based on staff locations.
Capacity to implement instructions while understanding and learning the needs of passengers to ensure smooth transport operations.
Flexibility is required due to the nature of the business.
