Marketing Coordinator Role

St. Modwen Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to deliver effective Marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and delivering Marketing campaigns
* Ensure Marketing material is accessible and available across developments
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Site teams, Sales teams, and Marketing colleagues
* Review and edit Marketing materials, adverts, and press releases prior to publication

Requirements:

* Experience in a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator role
* Clear, effective, and professional communication skills
* Positive and proactive demeanour, with ability to work to deadlines
* Full driving license, and willingness to travel to sites
