Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Partners to formulate and implement business plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
  • Oversee core operational and management activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Lead operational delivery of compliance and client onboarding processes.
  • Analyse monthly staff reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to Partners.

  • Leverage case management system to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Oversee facilities management, ensuring the firm operates in an optimal environment.
  • Regularly visit all office locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Business Manager within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of business planning, compliance, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with ability to manage diverse teams and processes.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and Partners to achieve strategic goals.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with drive for continuous improvement.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
