Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to work closely with our sales team in scheduling consultations between prospective clients and sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Field basic questions and concerns about our products and services.
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a sales representative.
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
