Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at GUK. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our building, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular walk-throughs of the building to identify and report any faults or issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any incidents or suspicious activity to the security supervisor.
- Assist with various security duties, including delivering post, monitoring access control, and supervising the security team.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and clients, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
- SIA licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic report writing and IT skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Good level of spoken and written English
