Primary Education Support Specialist

About the Role
Realise Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced teaching assistant to support our primary school. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, lead small group interventions, and provide one-to-one support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality educational support to students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans.
- Lead small group interventions and provide one-to-one support as required.
Requirements:
- HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
- A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
