Education Administrator

We are partnering exclusively with a leading national education and training provider based in North Norfolk to find a highly skilled Team Administrator on a temporary basis. This prestigious role plays a vital part in the delivery of their products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering and performing educational products and services effectively
- Coordinating educational activities across teams (internal and external)
- Reviewing educational performance against service level agreements
- Assisting the finance team in monitoring financial performance
- SUPPORTING COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
- Using data to inform product delivery and development
- Reviewing data to monitor performance and reporting on delivery
- Sharing product data across teams
- Managing relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of educational products
- Making informed decisions within set parameters
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours between Monday and Friday. Hybrid working is available upon completion of training.
Requirements:- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication skills
- Experience in communicating with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to clearly convey issues and solutions
- Strong customer focus and self-motivation
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Committed, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Numerate and computer-literate
- Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
