About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Worker to join our team within the Rosebank Ward at Caithness General Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients with their daily needs, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to provide evidence-based care
  • Participate in a development and training program to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
What We Offer

We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As a part-time Healthcare Support Worker, you will work a rotational day/night duty contract, with a fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
